“Fan of the Week” Program & Guidelines
Information Needed:
- Name (first name and last name initial)
- Location (city, state/providence and country) of person/peopl
e in photo being submitted for Fan of the Week must be provided with photo post. Inclusion of any Climax Spring water products is required. People, animals and pets as well animated characters intended to represent entrant and/or others may be used, but animals and pets cannot be consuming the Climax Spring Water product. If individuals other than the entrant appear in photo, consumer must have the permission to use the photo by the individual (or their parent’s or legal guardian’s permission if individual is a minor). Climax Spring Water may also select Climax Fan of the Week from fans participation on our webpage. Fan of the Week will be selected randomly. Adherence to these guidelines will be confirmed prior to the selected photo being featured as the profile picture on the Climax page.
