We ♥️ Pasta! spots are available for our Fresh Beet Ravioli Workshop on Friday, February 14th, at 5pm.
Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh Beet Ravioli pasta the way the Italians make it, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour and organic beet purée for richly and beautifully colored dough with subtle, earthy flavor to fill with ricotta, pecorino, parmesan and fresh herbs.
All of the pasta you make, you can take home in our commercially compostable plant-based containers and enjoy with friends and family or savor yourself!
For each class we will provide:
a charcuterie board
wine pairing
a tasting of the fresh pasta using seasonal and organic ingredients when available
