PrepZelz by AnZee AnZee carefully creates each individual pretzel treat by hand. May beautiful memories continue to be made while enjoying salty, sweet, and chic PrepZelz.

PrepZelz was inspired by two sisters who grew up in a home where edible indulgences were much appreciated. Holidays and special occasions were a time to celebrate with family and friends…and tasty, decorative goodies were a staple. Whether the sisters were pulling taffy, baking cakes, or decorating cookies, they were tedious about their work and enjoyed the memories of making the treats as much as consuming them. Lindsey’s wedding was no exception. The first PrepZel was created as a wedding favor for the bride-to-be. Many different designs were attempted until the bride discovered the gourmet appearance she had been wanting for her guests. After successfully producing 700 pretzels for the wedding, Andrea and Lindsey (AnZee) were exhausted! However, when people began to request the pretzels for their special events, the sisters could not resist the opportunity to combine their love of sweets with their love of art. AnZee spent much time perfecting their designs and techniques and decided to take their hobby to the next level. A kitchen was born and a name was given. Why PrepZelz? AnZee carefully creates each individual pretzel by hand…much “Prep” work goes into each tasty treat. Knowing their pretzels are a bit more “Preppy” than the typical chocolate covered pretzel just solidified the name. AnZee is ecstatic to have the opportunity to express their creativity to others. Serving Clinton, Bloomington and Peoria areas. Please contact us via email for pricing information.
