Update - We’re Not getting any Rehab/Pt/Ot
Nothing
Just a few visits in home like 5/6
They are discharging him home ,only with me
& trying to Teach me to take care of him all alone

A LOT MORE TO SHARE—
Sushil’s Health is Stable it’s been around 4 days BUT
He ‘s not getting any single Movement in his left hand or leg
So I know He Needs Physical Therapy in Rehab
(Waiting For Him to Get In from 3 days)

At first the Methodist Rehab told us that the will get him in for 14 days
But
As y’all know it’s Only Me & Him living together
They asked what’s the discharge plan ?
I said I don’t know ! Bcz I actually don’t knew what’s the discharge plan & what’s it meaning
So I randomly said that after 14 days if he gets little better or not what should I do? ( A suggestion)
They considered it as -
that i don’t have a home or place to take him back to with me (that i never meant )
Then
They asked if i get someone else with me
Like 2 people to take care for him at home are needed
Then only they will accept
I said ok i will try my best
Bht its not easy to get someone from that far(INDIA)
As y’all know
We haven’t No family No friends here in USA
those who can stay with me to take care for him after Rehab
So yesterday finally the social worker came to me & said
I have a good & a bad news-
You’re ready to be discharged home

& methodist hasn’t approved you to get in for 2nd time
I said why ???
Answer- because you have got a lot of money in gofundme & you can fully take cattle of your husband with that much money & buy equipments & hospital bed & etc
& get a Private Nurse hired & private therapist coming home
& you will pay from that money yourself
&
I said (crying) I will do one thing
Give you all that money of gofundme
& if you’re thinking thats enough
& you can take care of him on behalf of me that i $8000
As they’re gonna flow like air
in this situation with such disabled patient with living on rental apartment that is barely 500-600 sq ft
No income
No family support
Business closed
I said after that what i will do to take care of him
She said it’s not her or hospitals problem

Sushil needs prayers so bad
He’s trying his hardest but the left side
Is not helping at all he’s unable to move his left body his arm his leg & not even toes

We were supposed to go to rehab therapy today for 2 weeks as per them

But the rehab people asked me if I have any discharge plan for him
They said it’s needed necessarily
But as I wasn’t sure about that if he’s going to get better or not in 2 weeks so i just told them that I don’t know i don’t just have a plan for him right now
So the declined
I think i did some mistake or not I don’t know at all saying that

Today I requested them that they just take him to rehab therapy asap
Coz i need him to be starting his therapy

Doctors telling he seems a bit better of his treatment its his movements not supporting but
he really needs therapy

But today rehab therapy people were here at hospital
& they said they are not sure if he’ll be able to use his left hand & may not walk or may be with some help only
