Peter brought home lobsters. Fresh corn on the cob and tomato, cucumber, garlic, yellow pepper and radish salad. The lobsters were extremely small and had very little meat in them so that was disappointing but what little there was tasted yummy.

Large pot of spaghetti sauce made from the tomatoes from our garden. And yes I make it that thick that the spoon will stand upright. I will be canning them. When I go to use the jar of sauce, I will thin it out with some stock or wine and that makes it stretch even further.

London broil marinated in the salad juice and garlic powder, salad and corn on the cob. ShopRite has London broils $4.99/lb and corn on the cob 10/$2. I got a very large one which I diced up so I can make steak sandwiches for Peter and Mark for the week. I have to say it's been a long time since I went into a grocery store other than Aldi's and I was so shocked by the pricing, absolutely insane.

Pork cutlets, baked beans and salad. Somehow the rest of the pictures got deleted. I had 4 boneless pork chops that I cut in half and pound it out. Coated them with the usual flour, cornstarch, baking powder, parm cheese and seasoning. Baked beans I add mustard, ketchup, maple syrup and brown sugar.

Craving waffles, so waffles and bacon. I bought Jimmy Dean bacon and I will never buy it again. Terrible cooking and there was only 10 pieces. I put the batter into the squeeze jar - it makes it easier to put into the waffle maker. I have melted butter to coat the waffle maker between each one and also to spread on cooked waffle. I keep it warm in a 200° oven. These can also be frozen, just put in between wax paper.

Doing a major clean out of the freezers; cavatelli's,sauce and cooked corned beef. Just heated up the corned beef with a little chicken stock and cooked the cavatellis according to package direction while heating up the little bit of sauce. And of course the never ending salad. Thank God Peter doesn't mind eating the same thing over and over again.
