I have been out of pocket the last three days, but for a great cause. I prepared a meal for 100 attendees at our EMS conference. I couldn’t have done it without our walk in cooler…60 lbs pork smoked and pulled, 30lbs of potatoes peeled, green beans, baked beans, cucumber salad and 16 dz cookies. I won’t eat pork for months 🤪

Well I have to say we are beyond blessed with the butternut squash harvest…did I tell you we didn’t plant the them🤣🤣🤣
