It's a little bit ironic that I made that post offering death doula type services for pets and their owners, and today I find out I have to provide the same care to my own cat! Yenny has the big C. 50% of her stomach... and she's still eating, purring, rolling around, loving, etc. she still has meat on her bones. She's had the symptoms for so long that I am at a complete loss as to how she's still so happy. It took me 5 years to figure out the mystery with this cat, and I'm grateful I got an answer. I will keep her comfortable and listen to her to tell us when she is done. I will miss her goofy attitude when she's gone.

Woah! I did not realize so many of you have followed me while I was away. I did not mean to abandon this page, but my business partner that was building with me dipped unexpectedly so I needed to take a break to regroup. I want to update you on what's happening now!

The original name Big Bubba's is changing. C&M Ervin is the farm name. Triple 3 Behavior + Bodywork is my training and bodywork DBA. I might just keep C&M as the name.

I am officially now open for end of life care and euthanasia support services (Death Doula) for pet owners as well as a memorial service (prints, flower casket, funerals, etc.). My ultimate favorite part of my years in clinic was taking care of your pets after they passed. I loved being able to ensure they were treated with respect through the process. I love finding ways to help their loved ones honor them. No one has taught me more about accepting life and death as it comes the way animals have, and I would love to give something back to them spiritually. If you need help caring for your dying pet, or if you want someone there with you while you say goodbye, I'm here for you. I have acres out here for you to spread their ashes or bury them. I really want to build out a memorial garden this year. And we will be planting acres of lavender for them to rest in as well.

Additionally..

I am very hopeful to add bodywork services this year. We are looking at laser therapy and massage.

Lastly, training services are open now. I do not have credentials from one of the many random associations that offer them. I don't have a bachelors degree or a fancy website. My speciality is working with shelter dogs especially working breeds. My background is in shelters with the dogs and in-clinic for 5 years as an assistant. I have taken many CE classes regarding canine psychology so my training methods are veterinary based and unique to each dog.

I know this is a bit unconventional, but hear me out.

If anyone has any large animals (or even small!!!) that pass soon & are interested in getting some impressions/molds made of them, please message me. I made some molds of my horses' muzzles to make statues of when they passed earlier this year, but I wasn't thinking clearly and used the wrong molding medium to do anything with. I'd really like to trial and error some other methods to eventually offer a service. I know many people might find the idea of getting a mold of their animal's body strange, but I've made so many prints so far in life, that I've just fallen in love with any way to memorialize a being after death.
