I (Shannon) - had a medical emergency last week, and had surgical intervention yesterday. I will be out of commission for a couple of weeks (maybe less). I promise to let you guys know when we will open again…..

Alright y’all. You guys are amazing!. Roll Food Truck had our 1st full year of service in 2025. We served around 3,000 people. It was a year of firsts, for sure…..but we learned so much. We are looking forward to serving you guys in 2026. We will be shut down for most of January. We are working on some new things for you guys. We will reopen on January 25th at The Corner at 13.

If you guys need a food truck, please contact us. We are already booking for spring events.
