Happy Holiday Season!!!! Seasonal Sweets is now open for business through the new year! New this year…Appalachian Stack Cakes!!!! This is often requested, so I gave it a whirl and it’s now on the menu!! I am considering adding spiced nuts. This has also been requested frequently, so I’m curious to know how well this may sell. Please feel free to PM directly. Unfortunately, I must request payment in advance unless alternative arrangements are made. I accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, credit cards, and good ole cash. Send me a PM or comment on this post, and I’ll get back to you.

Appalachian Stack Cake: $50

Pies: All varieties…pumpkin, pecan, chocolate, peanut butter, apple, carrot, lemon, sweet potato, you name it, I can make it! $25 for most pies, specialty pies may be more, but ask anyway! $25-$45

Pumpkin roll with fresh pumpkin and cream cheese. $20

Cobblers: Pecan, peach, apple, etc. Have a favorite? Just ask! $25-$50 depending on size and ingredients.

Sweet Breads: Pumpkin, carrot, zucchini and chocolate zucchini, banana and chocolate banana, Amish Cinnamon, cinnamon donut bread, Dollywood cinnamon bread with icing, etc. Even if it’s not listed, just send me a PM and we’ll work it out. $15

Fruit Butters: Apple, pumpkin, pear, peach. $4-4oz, $8-8oz, and $16-16oz available.

Cookies: I specialize in no-bake cookies that are amazing! Chocolate no-bake, Coconut pecan praline, Pecan pie balls, etc. $15/doz.

Brownies: regular, chocolate chunk, cream cheese icing, or any combination of these. $10 for basic, $15 for the works.

Chocolate/peanut butter fudge rolls: $15

Cast iron cornbread: solid skillet or individual loaves: $10

All of my sweets are 100% handmade. From the puree from my pumpkins to the light, flaky butter crusts. I do it all by hand, just like my grandma taught me. I do just about anything pumpkin. Just ask. I am not a pastry chef or own a bakery, but I love to bake and make people happy with good, uplifting food.

Feel free to ask if you have a specific dessert in mind, and we'll see if it's within my capabilities. These will be priced as they are requested. Feel free to message me with questions or orders. Heather's Seasonal Sweets will be open from March 26, 2025 through April 20th for the Easter holiday. And again, from 5/1/2025-5/26/2025 for Memorial Day! The Easter menu will be out on the 26th! All orders must be in by November 25th and the final day for pickup/delivery is November 26th (27th with special arrangements). Please feel free to place an order any time during the month. I may be able to have an order out to te same day or I may have to have up to 3 days, depending on the order. I will start Christmas and New years orders December 1, 2024.

Happy Fall Y'all!! It's pie season and everything pumpkin once again! Every pie you can imagine plus I added a few new sweets to the menu. I am introducing brand new items like homemade pumpkin, apple, and pear butters. All made from fresh fruit and fresh ingredients. I've improved the pie crusts and tweaked some recipes over the summer.

Welcome to Seasonal Sweets!. All of my desserts are 100% handmade. From the puree from my pumpkins to the light, flaky butter crusts, I do it all by hand, just like my grandma taught me. No preservatives or fillers, just old old fashioned homemade food, full of all the things bad for us but taste oh so good. I also do just about anything pumpkin. Just ask and I probably can make it for you. I am not a pastry chef or own a bakery but I love to bake and I love making people happy with good, uplifting food.
