Team Inside hit the streets, literally, during their June Highway 35 cleanup effort in Cloquet. It was a bad day to be roadside trash, and in true Terminator fashion, the team declared, “We’ll be back!”

Cheers to the cleanup crew Jodie Melin, Chris Essler, Pat Jackson, and equal cheers to the Inside squad covering the office at ULF, Nancy D’Amour, Noelle D’Amour-Carpenter, Kelly Severson, and Shannon Schrupp.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our President, Susan Ryan.

Through her compassion, integrity, and commitment to others, Sue left an enduring mark on our company and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her influence can be seen in the relationships she built and the values she instilled, which will continue to guide Upper Lakes Foods for years to come.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pickwick Restaurant & Pub in Duluth, MN. We invite all who knew and loved Sue to join us in honoring her memory.

If you haven't heard the worst kept secret in Southern St. Louis County, here it is:
Tig's is getting a permanent home! We can now confirm, Tig’s new home will be at the former Cast Iron. We have officially retired the food truck to focus entirely on our restaurant.

Current Status: Under construction! 🚧
We are currently closed while we transform our new space. We don’t have an opening date to share quite yet, but we'll be posting updates here every step of the way. Information about job opportunities with us will be coming soon!!!

And we will be debuting a full dining menu for lunch and dinner. Yes, your Tig's favorites will be there and yes, we will have options for the not so adventurous non-BBQ foodies in your crew.
