Processing date will be set as soon as both sides sell and deposit is paid. Beef will hang no less than 14 days, cuts are to your request and vacuum sealed. Pick up from the farm or we can deliver for a fee.
$11/lb. per hanging weight.
Estimated 300-350 lbs. per side.
