Having lots of fun with the Journeyman Mortadella and decided we needed to do a classic.

The Muffuletta is perfect a perfect choice. Soft french bread, tapenade, fresh mozzarella, Mortadella, and salami presses together and toasted just enough to have all the flavors marry.

Sundried Tomato Aioli, Journeyman's Mortadella, Bacon, Heirloom Tomatoes and Arugula on a Franco American Sweet soft roll.

Everyone has been loving the Sundried Tomato Aioli so, I wanted to do another fun sandwhich with it and this one does not disappoint.
