Dear Community of Cloverdale,
It is with regret that we announce our inability to secure a contractor or vendor for the annual fireworks spectacular show. Due to the loss of our contracted vendor following last year's incident and the unavailability of other vendors due to existing contracts with neighboring cities and counties, we were unable to arrange an aerial pyrotechnic show for 2026.
Although we had secured an operator in September, they were unfortunately diagnosed with cancer in April and are no longer available to work our show, which is understandable. Despite our continued efforts to explore alternative options, we have been unable to find a suitable replacement, and a drone show is not feasible due to the lengthy preparation time required.
Safe and Sane fireworks will still be available for purchase by Cloverdale residents during the regular sales period, starting July 1st, until sold out.
Please be assured that as an organization, we consistently strive to provide this annual celebration to our community, often overcoming significant challenges. We remain committed to serving this community to the best of our abilities.
We are saddened to confirm this news and hope that everyone will join us at the two upcoming events downtown to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of our great country, united as a community! ❤️🤍💙

As we wrap up April, the Lions Club is reflecting on a month of service and community spirit. Between the smiles at our annual Easter egg hunt and the impact of the Rise Against Hunger initiative, it has been an honor to serve Cloverdale. Thank you for letting us help, build, and inspire. We appreciate your continued support!

The Lions were busy as can be last night! Our dedicated members and their hardworking Lion Cubs spent the evening prepping a couple thousand eggs to make sure tomorrow morning is absolutely magical for your little ones.
Whether they are looking for the golden egg or just filling up their baskets with treats, we have plenty of surprises waiting in the grass. It is always a joy to see the community come together for some springtime fun.
We have done the heavy lifting, now we just need the hunters! We cannot wait to see all those smiling faces and colorful baskets tomorrow. See you at the hunt!

For 75 years, the Cloverdale Lions Club has been more than just a club. We have been your neighbors, your friends, and your biggest fans. We have taken immense pride in showing up for this community in every way possible, from local scholarships to community projects that make Cloverdale feel like home.
As we look ahead to 2026, we want to do even more. We are looking to take our impact to the next level by partnering with the local businesses that make our town thrive. We are officially opening up new sponsorship opportunities for our upcoming events, and we would love for you to be a part of our next chapter.

There is something truly special about seeing our community come together to celebrate such a monumental milestone. To honor America’s 250th anniversary, the local clubs and organizations poured their hearts into this year's Citrus Fair exhibits, and the results are nothing short of spectacular.
Our Lions Club exhibit is a tribute to the roots that keep us grounded and the bright, zesty future we are building together. Walking through these displays, you can feel the decades of service, the strength of our local bonds, and the shared pride that defines our town.
It is more than just fruit and ribbons. It is a celebration of the spirit that has kept our country and our community growing strong for two and a half centuries.
