People often come to our food truck and ask, “Where’s Papa Juancho?” When they hear the name, they usually picture the man from our logo. But today, we want to introduce you to the real heart behind it all.

Meet Juan Castro—a United States Marine veteran, a blue-collar worker, a husband, a father, and a man who works incredibly hard to make his dreams and the dreams of his family come true. 🇺🇸💜

But behind Juan stands an entire team—every single person who has ever poured their time, effort, talent, and love into Papa Juancho’s. We will always honor, thank, and recognize our team because we understand that every successful business is supported by good employees. We are truly grateful for everyone who has ever been part of our journey.

So, who is Papa Juancho’s?

Papa Juancho’s is our heart, our soul, our spirit, our family, and every meal we prepare with love. It was created with love, built through hard work, and continues to be nurtured through tremendous sacrifice.

That is why we make sure everyone who touches any part of our business treats it with the same love and care. Papa Juancho’s may have started as one man’s dream, but it continues because of the family and team standing behind it.

Yesterday, Papa Juancho’s had the honor of catering a beautiful event for more than 150 people! We received so many wonderful compliments, but what surprised everyone most was learning that we are a local business they couldn’t believe they hadn’t tried us yet!

By simply showing up, serving with love, and raising the bar in everything we do, we gained new customers and made some amazing business connections.

A huge thank you to the Quintanilla family for trusting Papa Juancho’s to be part of such a special celebration. We are incredibly grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to serve your family and friends. Thank you for choosing and supporting our local, veteran-owned family business! 💜

We are so excited to officially welcome Sin of the South, owned by Jody Crawford, as Papa Juancho’s new bread vendor! 🍞🤝

Moving forward, when you order one of our menu items featuring that delicious sourdough bread, know that it was locally made by Sin of the South specifically for us to serve to YOU.
