Ewe Valley Farms

Ewe Valley Farms Founded in 2024 by the Princehouse Family, Ewe Valley Farms is home to a growing flock of Southdown sheep alongside our commercial show lambs.

We focus on raising healthy show lambs while building a farm that’s all about family!

🐑 "Excuse me, I'm trying to eat."

That was the general response from the flock during insect control day. Armed with a small pump sprayer and Insectrin, we gave each sheep a quick spray while they enjoyed their meal. Most of them didn't even look up—food wins every time!

Why do we do it? Flies, lice, and other pesky insects can cause irritation, stress, and discomfort. By controlling insects, we help keep our sheep healthier, more comfortable, and focused on what they do best—eating, growing, and producing.

The treatment only takes a few seconds, but it can make a big difference in flock comfort throughout the season. The sheep may not appreciate the extra care, but they definitely appreciate having fewer bugs bothering them!

🐑✨ Healthy sheep start with the little things.

🐑🌱The fall lambing group got moved to the new pasture last night! Once it cooled off a bit, the girls were racing around the boundaries! 🐑🌱
🐑❤️Haley can now see her girls from her front deck and she couldn't be happier! 🐑❤️

🇺🇸🐑 Happy Memorial Day from the farm!

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Thank you to all who have served. ❤️🤍💙

We spent the weekend building fence for our new pasture! Huge thank you to Haley’s family for all the help getting it done — we couldn’t have done it without you! 🌱

🐑🌱 The older girls officially got turned out to pasture this past weekend as well!

Even with a head start, they still beat Haley to the green grass… so honestly, not sure why we even grabbed the bucket! 😂

These ewes were SO excited for fresh pasture — jumping, kicking their heels, and acting like little lambs again. Safe to say the green grass was worth the wait! 💚
