We’re restocked with USDA inspected bison from our herd. Selling locally, we have ground, steaks, roasts, briskets, ribs, stew meat, tenderloin and specialties like liver, oxtail and kidneys. We try not to let any part of the bison go to waste. Feel free to reach out. We will resume farmers markets in about two weeks. Thanks!
