December 31st will be our last day in business. It’s been a fun run, learning a lot about coffee and all sorts of other things (mostly machine maintenance). It’s time to close this chapter.

Our last event will be the Sacred Heart festival in Fremont,
Friday Nov. 13th 5-8p
Saturday Nov. 14th 9a-3p

We’ll roast coffee as supplies last we are getting low on all coffees.

Friends we will be at the Clyde Fair Friday and Saturday September 18-19 again this year and a few hours Sunday afternoon! Come get some of the best coffee in town!!

We will have lots of our Indonesian Sumatra, and of course to beat the heat there’s a delicious Brazilian Legender cold brew!!

Beat the heat with our tasty cold brew concentrate!! Mix it 1:1 with water and whatever flavors you like.

We have cold brew ready for purchase! It’s a semi-sweet Brazilian single origin medium roasted made into a concentrate!

You mix the concentrate with water starting at a 1:1 ratio. If you want it stronger use less water, if you want it, weaker use more water!

Roast day done. First I had to clean the roaster (a 2hr ordeal) then I roasted:

120oz of Costa Rican Tarazzu
96oz of Brazilian Legender (for cold brew concentrate
16oz dark roasted Mexican Chiapas Organic
