Throwback Thursday: America the Beautiful here at Thorn Farms in Clyde, NY—one of the finest farm names in New York State. The Thorn family name has been farming here for the last 200 years. The Farmall tractor was used in the early 1900’s before rubber tires were later utilized. The cobblestone farmhouse speaks for itself. Nostalgic as it gets here. Daniel Thorn is among the finest men I’ve ever met in my digital travels. What a place!

America the Beautiful: Summer hits its stride today near Clyde, NY in Wayne County. Thorn Farms has been around for 200 years—Daniel Thorn grows hundreds of thousands of these, he’s among the finest, most decent farmers I know. No way was I going to see this annual trek. Charla got me there and this picked up my spirits in a big way!
