We are a 4th generation family owned and operated maple syrup farm going into our second year on the tour. We currently have about 6000 taps in both PA & NY on tubing with vacuum. Our syrup is produced on a wood-fired, 4×14 evaporator with a steam-away, alongside an H2O reverse osmosis system. In 2024 we partnered with a local school district through Cornell University’s Schoolyard Sugaring competition to teach and demonstrate the maple syrup process to elementary and high school students. Our syrup won first place in the statewide event. We enjoy sharing our passion for the tradition with others! We will be offering wagons rides to a sap collection point at the top of each hour for those that would like. We will have refreshments available and an assortment of maple products on display for tasting and purchasing. Card, cash and checks accepted. We hope to see you on the tour!

It's a busy time of year! Outside we are prepping for the 2026 Maple Season by checking lines, removing down trees, mending, and cleaning tanks. While inside we are making maple confections, packaging, and bringing your maple Christmas presents to market!
