Bison Bluff Farms Bison Bluff Farms consists of around 300 head of bison owned and operated by Clifton Howell & family. For bison meat purchases, please make an appointment.

We currently sell our meat at our farm (by appointment ONLY), in-person at the Farmer's Market of Carbondale (Saturdays April-November 8am-noon), in-person at the Carbondale Community Farmers Market (Saturdays December-March), online through LEAF Food Hub, as well as online through our personal website www.BisonBluffFarms.com.
