Generic Beef Quarter Available:

This beef quarter totals 126.72 lbs of beef, raised on our farm in Cobleskill NY.
This package contains approximately 30 lbs Ground Beef, 26 lbs Beef Patties, and approximately 66 lbs other cuts including the following:
A 5 pound flat cut brisket
Four packages of London broil
Eight rib steaks
Sirloin steaks, porterhouse, and T-bone steaks bottom round roast and chuck roast a skirt steak a hanging tender and short ribs as well as some other cuts.
The total weight is 126.72 pounds at a price of $9.95 a pound.

This is available immediately. Delivery to the capital District area can be arranged. .
