Generic Beef Quarter Available:

This beef quarter totals 126.72 lbs of beef, raised on our farm in Cobleskill NY.
This package contains approximately 30 lbs Ground Beef, 26 lbs Beef Patties, and approximately 66 lbs other cuts including the following:
A 5 pound flat cut brisket
Four packages of London broil
Eight rib steaks
Sirloin steaks, porterhouse, and T-bone steaks bottom round roast and chuck roast a skirt steak a hanging tender and short ribs as well as some other cuts.
The total weight is 126.72 pounds at a price of $9.95 a pound.

This is available immediately. Delivery to the capital District area can be arranged. .

Kings Angus Farm has been very busy this past weekend. We put in a water line to the barn for a water hydrant, say goodbye to frozen water in the winter in the barn!
We also installed drinking posts. They are automatic water out side for the cattle. What they are is a post out of the ground and they have a bowl slightly like dairy water bowls. So far they are working great!! The cattle are caught on fast.
We wouldn’t be able to do so with out the help of our children, Schuyler, Anna and our son-in law Brendan and our two formen Easton and Sadie. 😆 Thank you all very much!!

Generic Quarter of beef for sale. What is a generic quarter? It is a side of beef (1/2 beef) all cut and wrapped at a USDA facility. That half is then divided equally. You get selection of cuts from the entire side. Attached photo shows what is contained in this quarter, with each cut, and weight listed. Price is $9.95 a lb. This is not based on hanging weight, but on actual product. This one quarter is available now, several more available in 3-4 weeks. Total weight on this quarter is 116.57 lbs, total price is $1,159.87. More available very soon!

22 Years ago, it was a Wednesday. I was serving as President of The Altamont Fair, it was Fair week. JoAnne King was in St Peters Hospital, Anna McKenzie was on her way, on her own terms, six weeks early, C-Section. Thunderstorm, Tornado in Guilderland Center if I recall correctly. Two weeks in the NICU. 22 Years later, many adventures, with more coming very soon. Happy Birthday to our wonderful daughter.
