Back to the Basics 101 We mill soft red wheat, that we grow here in Bleckley County, into flour. The ingredients are items you can pronounce and are familiar with.

Elderberries have been around for thousands of years! The Father of Medicine, Hippocrates, used elderberries for over 70 medical conditions. That's so interesting to me!

I'm so intrigued with learning the medicinal benefits from God's Creation. Elderberries are the prominent ingredient in our DIY kit and are known for being anti-viral. That's super cool that God provided food for our needs knowing we'd have viruses!
