Thank you Joy and Jonathan for these precious photos of my mom, my dad and my aunt. These will be cherished.  I am so thankful to be next in line to be the keeper. His past weekend was filled with family. New birthdays for our youngest. Cousins gathering together. Children playing. And so many memories to go through. It’s a lot, I have to say, but I wouldn’t trade these times presently for anything.

Every year I go pumpkin hunting! This year I took Hannah and we had a very inspiring day! I also found a new place that was quite beautiful! I walk around sometimes and just soak it all in! It got me in the spirit. The sky was a beautiful blue and the pumpkins were glorious! I didn’t get my usual assortment, but I chose with thought. I may go back but I want to spread it out! The colors remind me of my cakes for this season.
Pecans, Apples, Cranberries, Pumpkin! Fall Assortments are $45 for 12. All year round flavors are $40 for 12. 9 inch Cheesecakes are $55. I am taking orders for Thanksgiving. So if you get it in as soon as you can. It really helps me a lot in my planning. The better I plan on the more I can bake. Organization is a huge key! So, thanks for your help. ❤️🎃🍎🍁👩‍🍳

So, Hannah is saying enough of the old photos, back to reality. It’s Fall! Let’s go for a walk and bake some cakes! 🎂 This morning I am working on and honored to do so,a box of assorted mini cheesecakes for a very special 90th birthday celebration. I made them for this gentleman last year and he requested it again. I am so excited to do this. And I wish for many more birthdays for him. My faithful companion Hannah is with me on this one if she could only talk!🐶👩🏼‍🍳

I was just going into college for a senior in high school and this wedding occurred. Before I put this album away in a safe spot, just one more peak. The ladies in the bridal party with the bride and groom. I was the maid of honor. This was my boyfriend Bruce at the time. Sadly, Bruce passed away in a very young age. After two years in the peace corp at about the age of 21. He was a good guy who I will never forget. We were a Motley crew to say the least.

So, I inherited all the photo albums my family had. I am the keeper of our family history. This is a very strange position to be in. My niece digitized them. But turning the actual pages that so many before me have turned is mind boggling. This was a photo of the cake from my sister‘s first wedding which took place in 1970. Look at that Cake! It was truly amazing. It was huge. I believe it was chocolate chip inside, and it was made by the Viking bakery in Philadelphia. This is true piece of history.. ❤️
