Before guests took their seats for our last Mon Louis Supper Club, we welcomed everyone with a caviar bump station by the bay.

A small bite, a little ceremony, and the perfect way to begin the evening.

Last weekend at Mon Louis Supper Club ✨

We welcomed guests to the table with a waterfront mocktail toast, then moved through a menu inspired by the season of Mardi Gras.

The evening began with a boucherie plate before moving into a stuffed crab course, a rich crawfish etoufee, and a sous vide duroc pork chop served over and collard greens.

We ended the night with a festive king cake pavlova.

More than anything, these dinners are about gathering people around a table, sharing great food, and enjoying the beauty of Mon Louis Island.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We can’t wait to host the next one.
