With a heavy Heart we at the blessing box have to say Goodbye to the man that built our little community blessing box for us to bless with. Without the hard work & dedication from Howard Overton💙 we wouldn't be blessed with the blessing box so we can bless those in need in memory of Flora Bell Chapman.💙 Now the two of them are together in heaven & it's up to us left behind to keep blessing the community in their memory & honor. Thank you Howard Overton for be a blessing to those in need . We will love & miss you forever. 💙

IT WILL OPEN AGAIN.
WE WOULD APPRECIATE IT KINDLY IF YOU SEE THE GATES CLOSED THAT YOU NOT TAKE IT UPON YOURSELVES TO OPEN THE GATES & THEN LEAVE THEM OPEN. IF THE GATES ARE CLOSED THAT MEANS THE BLESSING BOX IS CLOSED!!! IF WE HAVE TO START USING PAD LOCKS I GUESS WE WILL BUT WE WASNT REALLY WANTING TO DO THAT. SOME COMMON DECENCY & RESPECT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

The Blessing Box is open today for those of you that have contacted us about dropping off non perishable food donations. The solid sheet of ice that was in the front is gone now & it's safe to pull up to drop off donations. As you can see the shelves are empty. Thank you to all of you that help us keep this blessing box going for our community.

The Blessing Box will be open all day Saturday December 21st & Sunday December 22nd for those of you that have been asking to donate to the blessing box for those in need. I've been private messaged by several . So if you want to make donations I will have the gates open Saturday & Sunday & if anyone needs clothes or a few food items that are in there feel free to stop by & take what you need. I should be able to get it stocked back up really soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we here at the Blessing Box are going to have to temporarily close. Do to vehicle breaking down needing repaired. the extra money we use for the blessing box is going to have to go for repairs on said vehicle. As soon as we can get the blessing box back open we will. I do apologize for this happening at the Blessing and giving time of the year. But we will get it back open as soon as possible. If you still have a need or know someone with a need send the blessing box page a message or text Steff Anie 618-927-7497. We have folks that are always willing to put things together for folks that have a specific need. We will do what we can to help.

The Blessing Box has been blessed with a large amount of boys clothes sizes 14, 16 & some 18. If you know a young man that is in need feel free to stop by & pick them up. Also sadly we are out of food again..if you have non perishable food items that are NOT expired please feel free to drop them off to help those in need in our community. This little Blessing Box helps a lot of people & it wouldn't be possible without the help of our community. Thank you for helping me keep my Granny's memory alive by being kind, caring & giving. Thank you all.....
