You know how much we love to celebrate the holidays here at the smoke shack!! We're gonna take a few minutes to ourselves today because John Webb and my mom told us to🙏 just when I thought this was the greatest job in the world, I became a parent!!

LABOR DAY OPEN FOR LUNCH ONLY 2025
How was that for another summer in the books!!! Fastest 90 days of my life right there but you guys showed up and made it all happened, again, like you do🔥💨
Here's some of the events we catered off site while keeping both trucks cranking 7 days a week all year!!! Couldn't be more proud of this elite team of 4 making the magic happen all year long!!!
Coming into September HOT (literally), we will post this week's schedule, may take a few days off and enjoy some lake life while its 100°F!!

Our Post Falls location has moved from the back of the pavilion but no need to fear you can now park right outside our truck as we have MOVED TO THE FRONT OF THE PACK🔥🔥🔥

We will be closed up both shops today as Bailey, Phoenix and I are hosting our first Thanksgiving with both our families in our new home, back to business regular hours tomorrow Friday!!! Enjoy some family & food!
