The Boneta Dark Mexican Lager is finally back! I could just lick it up. We can garnish it with Black Sea Salt and Black Lime blend and a fresh sliced lime if that’s what you like. Love you bye!

gracefully hosted us for another bad ass collab! 7.2%, 101 IBU! The German red malt smooths out the bitterness and makes this beer nice and balanced. Cashmere, Thora and Mosaic hops give it a unique hop aroma and taste. Come snag it at both locations while you can!

💥New Beer Alert💥
Haku Japanese Rice Lager (4.9%, 17 IBU)
We made 3 versions of this beer! Haku: straight Rice Lager, Haku the Boy: with fresh in house made plum puree, Haku the Dragon: with fresh in house made plum puree and shiso leaf (thanks )
Another beer made with help from Tim! Brian and Tim are big fans of Japanese Lagers and Japanese media. Haku is named after a character from one of their favorite animes (real ones will know). This lager is made with large amounts of rice to give it a classic dry finish. Full of Idaho Gem hops that give this gem of a beer a refreshing floral, mint finish.
Haku The Boy Japanese Rice Lager (4.9%, 17 IBU)
Same base beer as number 4 however in this one, Brian and Tim cooked down pounds of plums and created their own fresh plum puree. This was added directly to the keg to give the Haku some boyish charm.
Haku The Dragon Japanese Rice Lager (4.9%, 17 IBU)
Same base beer as number 5 however on top of the fresh plum puree, Brian and Tim added fresh shiso leaf, courtesy of Blayne and Syringa Sushi. Shiso is a Japanese herb in the mint family. It gives an herbal minty taste to this beer.

Hey guys, we are sad to say it is Emily’s last full weekend with us. She has been with us longer than any other employee and is on to bigger and better things. We are so happy for her and will miss all the fun times she created here. Stop by for one more pint with her before her last day on the 30th.
