❤️🍎Cosmic Cajeta Crisps🍎❤️

Last week we picked up 100+ lbs of beautiful Cosmic Crisp Apples from Haas Farms

Cosmic Crisps are one of our favorite apples. We enjoyed a bunch of them as is but with so many of them, we wanted to savor them for many months to come so we paired them with our Cajeta (Goat Milk Caramel) and we put our Freeze Dryer into overdrive to give you "Cosmic Cajeta Crisps"

We'll have these available at our final event of the year - Harvest Market this Saturday, October 17th 10am-3pm 5th Street Farmers Market 5th Street & Sherman Ave in Coeur d'Alene Downtown Association

There will also be an "Apple Palooza" event going on at the same time, which is perfect timing to introduce our "Cosmic Cajeta Crisps"

If you can't make it to the market, just reach out to us and we'll figure out a way to get these in your hands

Ingredients :
Haas Farms Cosmic Crisp Apples, Cajeta (Raw Nigerian Dwarf Goat Milk, Organic Cane Sugar, Homemade Vanilla Extract, Salt)

🐐Most of the baby goats we've been bringing to the Farmers Market for Baby Goat Snuggles are looking for new homes. We are retaining 5 doelings from this year's kidding season and we can't keep them all so these 9 are available.

🩵They were all bottlefed and are in your pocket, overly friendly

🩵Let us know if you're interested in adding some Little Goaty Goats to your home.

🍀We also offer 4-H and FFA discounts on top of our Fall Sale Prices

All are ADGA Registerable. Pedigree details can be found on our site: www.littlegoatygoatfarm.com

We always look forward to our Neighborhood's Annual Apple C***r Pressing Day. Families bring in their apple harvests and everyone gets involved in the processing. Each family brought home about 7 gallons. We also brought home treats for the goats - buckets of Apple Mash 🍎🍏

🧡New Item for Pumpkin Spice Season🧡

1 out of 5 in our household has been obsessed with Pumpkin Spice. We thought we'd see how a Goat Milk Pumpkin Spice Custard would turn out and it's quite delicious 😋

We even freeze dried some for a later treat and to share these "Goat Drops" with you all.

We'll have these and our fresh Pumpkin Spice Custard version (as well as our usual Dark Chocolate Pudding & Vanilla Custard) at this Saturday's (September 26th) Farm Fest at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds from 10am-5pm

Tried to make another batch of our "Goat Drops" - Freeze Dried versions of our Vanilla Custard & Dark Chocolate Pudding.

Used the wrong setting on the freeze dryer and it didn't turn out as we expected looks-wise. However, they taste just as yummy as our previous batches.

So while these won't be packaged to sell, they're staying with us and that's quite OK 😋
