Mountain View Custom Meats is pleased to announce that we will resume processing wild game under specific conditions to ensure the safety and quality of our products and services.

Mandatory Conditions for processing:

1. All trim must be accompanied by documentation confirming a negative CWD test result, and hunting tag. We will not accept any wild game that does not meet these requirements.
2. To be accepted for processing, all wild game trim must be frozen, b***d out, clean, and grinder-ready.
3. Wild game processing will be available exclusively during the months of February and March. During this period, we will offer processing for burger, logs, dogs, sticks, and (whole muscle) jerky only.

We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to help us provide safe and high-quality products for all our customers.

We have new tumblers in the shop and the next batch of dry cure charcuterie is starting to come out of the chamber! Three guanciale went into the retail case this morning!

As always we have plenty of smoked and fresh sausage, be f and pork cuts!
