Winemaking 101: Rack, Return, Repeat 🍷

Not the most glamorous part of winemaking, but today’s the day: rack and return time. 🍷

Every barrel gets emptied, rinsed, and washed before the wine goes right back home. It’s slow, hands-on work — but it keeps the wine clean, the oak happy, and the flavor honest.

No shortcuts in the cellar and yes - that’s my reflection in cab franc at the end 🤪✨
