Our premium pork chops are a BIG hit every time they come out of the package! πŸ’₯

At nearly a pound a piece, they usually make enough delicious pork for a couple of meals. πŸ–

Last night at home, we smoked them at 225 for an hour and a half. Then we covered with garlic, butter, and sauce. They rested on the smoker set at 150 for a half hour to glaze. Pulled at 145 internal and let them rest to 155 before serving with vegetables πŸ’¨

They turned out SO GOOD! 😊
