Who wants to sample these products?!

Let me know in the comments if you'd be up for Master's Maples to come to the bakery and do a tasting.

We haven't set anything in stone, but it would be a Saturday in June, probably June 6th if we schedule it soon.

I'd only tell them yes if I knew it would be worth their time! They are way more knowledgeable about their products and can help you know the benefits of real maple syrup and the different uses for it as well as some of their unique items they make from their own syrup.

If you say yes, I'm expecting you show up when they come!

Share on your timeline to spread the word. A fun way to get out of the house and try some real, good for you, maple syrup!

We had a short but good sap season this year and we want to show you how we actually process that sap. We could write out lots of words to describe the process but thought it would be more fun to let Ben show you! Click the image below to take the tour.

Greetings all. It is a sad day, and with a heavy heart, I must announce that the maple syrup season has come to an end. With the warming temperatures, the trees have begun to metabolize the maple sap and it is not of the quality that is needed to make the maple syrup that we know you all love and enjoy.

To all of the people that bring us sap, please feel free to pull your taps and begin washing all of your collection equipment.

We will be reaching out to you with syrup totals and please let us know if you need glass bottles for this year. It was a great season. And as always, I am already looking forward to next season.

With the warming temperatures, we will be closed for sap deliveries this week. We are keeping an eye on the weather as we are expecting some colder temperatures next weekend.

Any sap that you have, feel free to use it for your own ends. As far as you would like to. You may boil it on your own or it also works making sap coffee.

Now is a great time to start to bring your glass over so that we can begin bottling. If you brought us sap this year and need glass, please let us know.

With one eye in the sugarbush and one eye on the forecast, we have some warmer weather coming.

That being said, please get all your sap to us by Saturday. We will be taking sap late into the evening on Saturday. Saturday night's low temperature is in the 40s. On Sunday, temperatures may reach as high as 70. Any sap in the woods will spoil.

With these warming temperatures, as you are collecting your sap, please be tasting it. The trees will be starting to metabolize the sap. When they do, you will taste it. At that point it is no longer good for making syrup.

It does look like things are going to cool down by next weekend, but we will have to see if the maple sap is still running and if it still is good for making syrup.

04/08/2026

We are back for regular delivery hours for sap 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
