We didn't win any trophies yesterday but we had an amazing time. A big thank you to our crew. We have an amazing team and it was the most fun we've had at a competition. Thank you to our customers who were able to show your support. It means everything to us! We are giving ourselves a day to rest. See you next week.

Today, we are at Smoke on the Water in Hammondsport. We are NOT open today or tomorrow but would love the support of you are able to stop by. There is an entry fee but proceeds go to the Hammondsports Fire Department. If we don't see you today, we will be back next week, Thursday-Sunday 12-7.

Happy Friday! We have baby back ribs today til gone. And reminder we close at 5pm today and are closed Saturday 8/29 and Sunday 8/30 for Hammondsport Smoke on the Water BBQ Competition. If you can, we'd love the support! We will be back Thursday 9/3. Chef Zac will be sure to let you know the special that day.

Come down to good eats and get some of our refreshing strawberry basil chicken! Comes as a plate or a sandwich. *REMINDER* we will be closing at 5 tommrow, August 28 and then closed Saturday and Sunday. We are competing in hammondsport at the smoke on the water competition. Can't make it today or tomorrow by 5? Come on down to the hammondsport fire department. Any amount of support helps. We hope to see you here and there!

Summer may be quickly winding down but we aren't! The plan at the moment is to keep the smoke rolling at the shop thru at least November.

Catering and the axe throwing trailer rentals are still available too. Catering remains an option all year round, just call Matt or message us thru messenger. Here's info on both services.

And both are still available for labor day weekend!

Just like that, we are sold out! We apologize for any inconvenience today was jamming. Thank you everyone for your support. Just a reminder too, we will be closed next Saturday and Sunday for the BBQ competition in hammondsport on the 29th! So if you have that hankering for some good BBQ come and support.
