Another piece of the beast is complete. 🔥

The smoke collector for the ROLL’n SMOKE BBQ pit is officially welded out and ready to be mounted. Built by hand, one piece at a time—because we aren’t just cooking BBQ… we’re building the machine that will cook it.

This pit is getting closer to breathing smoke. 💨🔥

Today was about a whole lot more than a demolition derby!

We had the privilege of watching Mizak Hanson our “little man”—roll onto the track at the Carver County Fair in Waconia with ROLL'n SMOKE BBQ proudly displayed on his car. Standing there during the National Anthem 🇺🇸 and watching those cars get released was a moment I won’t

We also got to show the pit crew some love the best way we know how—through BBQ. We cooked up a few of Mizak’s favorites: smoked mac and cheese, BBQ baked beans, chicken drummies, chicken thighs, and pork tenderloins for the after heat feast

Seeing our name on that car was pretty damn cool—but feeding the crew, supporting Mizak, and sharing this day with everyone meant even more.

What an incredible weekend!

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the Watertown community and everyone who came out to the Rails to Trails event this weekend. This was ROLL'n SMOKE BBQ's first year being a part of this amazing event, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome.

To everyone who stopped by our pop-up tent, shared a laugh with us, waited patiently in line, supported our small business, and enjoyed our BBQ—thank you. Your support means more than you'll ever know.

Seeing smiling faces, hearing your kind words, and watching people come back for seconds reminded us exactly why we do what we do. We poured our hearts into every plate we served, and because of you, our first Rails to Trails was an overwhelming success.

A special shout-out goes to Doug and the team at The Butchery in Maple Lake for supplying us with 40 racks of incredible ribs. We appreciate your quality, your partnership, and helping us serve the best BBQ we possibly can. The Carver County Sheriff's Department for keeping us safe and allowing ROLL'n SMOKE BBQ to honor them with a free meal on us! 👮‍♂️ 💪
