Raspberry varieties we will have growing this year are heritage, Caroline and Joan J (thornless so easier on the hands). All of them are everbearing varieties so production should continue until frost. Also will be planting black berries in the greenhouses since they aren't hardy for our zone. Probably will have a small amount of those this year and be producing well next year.

We will have around 15,000 strawberry plants this summer between in ground and our hydroponics systems. Varieties we will be growing will be a mix of Albion, Seascape, Ozark beauty, Fort Laramie, and San Andreas. These are all everbearing varites which will produce starting in June and produce til frost for the ones in the ground and as late as I can hold onto them in the hydroponic greenhouses. My hope is to keep a few runners from each plant and be at around 50,000 plants by the end of summer. Also hoping to have some taste testing for customers to see which varieties they like the best.

This year we will be setting up a little over 2 acres of outside growing area along with the greenhouses.
