One thing I’ve become incredibly passionate about over the years is helping people understand that inflammation is not just “joint pain” or “getting older.” Chronic inflammation can show up as fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, stubborn weight, skin problems, hormone imbalance, poor recovery, and simply not feeling like yourself. 🤍

We've been chatting it up over at Whole Confitence all about Inflammation this week. One of our favorite Anti-Inflammatory recipes currently at home is our Strawberry Nice Cream.

Now this is a two part recipe because we choose to make our own nut milks (have you seen the labels on some of them out there! - EEK). But overall this takes us from beginning to end 10 minutes tops and me and my sweet tooth lovers are set!

🍓 Strawberry H**p Ice Cream 🍓

STEP 1 — Homemade H**p Milk
(Also amazing as a coffee creamer ☕)
Ingredients:
• 2 TBLS h**p seeds
• 2 cups spring water
• 2 TBLS agave
• 1/8 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth about 2 minutes in a high speed blender.

STEP 2 — Strawberry Ice Cream 🍨
Ingredients:
• 2–3 cups frozen strawberries
• 1/2 avocado
• 3 TBLS agave (or to preference)
• 1/4 cup h**p milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy with an ice cream consistency.

Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture 😍 (Or If you lack self restraint like us in our home.)

OR place in an airtight container and freeze for 4–6 hours until firm.
Enjoy! ✨
