I hope you’ll take some time today to head downtown, enjoy the Sunflower Festival, support our local businesses and organizations, and soak up everything our little community has to offer.
One of the greatest blessings of running this little cottage bakery is getting to serve the same community that continues to show up and support me week after week. Today, I hope we can all return a little of that love. 🌻

🍯 **MENU FEATURE: PECAN STICKY BUNS** 🤎

There are cinnamon rolls… and then there are **Pecan Sticky Buns.** 😍

Soft, fluffy sourdough rolls swirled with warm cinnamon and baked over a rich, buttery brown sugar and pecan topping. When they come out of the oven, they’re flipped over to let all that gooey caramelized goodness soak into every roll. 🤤

Sweet, sticky, nutty, and wonderfully indulgent—these are the kind of treat made for **slow mornings, a hot cup of coffee, and sharing around the table.**

🍞 **MENU FEATURE: BREAD** 🍞

As we prepare for the **first day of school**, figuring out what to put on the dinner table is about to become part of the nightly routine again! Let Heavenly Sourdough Delights make at least one part of that decision a little easier. 🤍

This week’s menu has three great staples to keep on hand:

🥖 **French Bread Baguette** — one loaf, so many possibilities! Turn it into garlic bread, make sandwiches, use it for French bread pizzas, or simply slice it alongside supper when you need to get dinner on the table in a hurry.

🍞 **Original Sourdough** — that classic artisan loaf that goes with just about anything. Perfect alongside soups, pastas, casseroles, or simply warm with butter.

🍯🍋🌿 **Honey Lemon Thyme Sourdough** — a slightly sweet, savory loaf with honey, bright lemon, and thyme that makes a beautiful addition to the dinner table.

🍑 **MENU FEATURE: PALISADE PEACHES** 🍑

A fresh batch of **Palisade CYO peaches** has arrived, and they’re slowly ripening into that perfectly sweet, juicy goodness we wait all summer for! 🤍

Of course, I couldn’t just leave them alone… I’ve been doing a little **recipe testing in the Heavenly Sourdough kitchen**, and this week those beautiful peaches are sneaking their way into TWO menu favorites:

🍑 **Peach Vanilla Sourdough Scones** — soft, tender, and filled with fresh peach flavor.

🍑 **Peach Sourdough Coffee Cake** — fresh peaches tucked into a soft sourdough coffee cake and finished with that irresistible crumb topping.

There’s just something special about baking with fruit while it’s fresh and in season—and these Palisade peaches are too good not to take advantage of!

We’re hanging onto those sweet summer flavors just a little longer this week—and there are some *really* good ones on the menu. 🤍

Sticky, gooey **Pecan Sticky Buns**, fresh **Peach Coffee Cake**, **Strawberry Rhubarb Coffee Cake**, and two flavors of sourdough scones make up the sweet side of this week’s offerings.

And for the bread lovers, we have plenty of pantry staples—including **French Bread, Original Sourdough**, and **Honey Lemon Thyme Sourdough** made with that beautiful combination of honey, fresh lemon, and thyme. 🍯🍋🌿
