We’ve been slow to post because Summer has us always outdoors and thankfully not with our devices! Making up for the lapse with premium duckling content.
We have FIVE broody runner ducks. Anyone who knows ducks knows Runners are not known for their maternal instinct but our flock begs to differ. These 6 surprised and his fatherly instincts took over yesterday. Can’t wait to see who else shows up! 🐥

Well, good morning to you, too! 🐣😍 When we went to sleep there was one and when we woke, more than we can count until they can come out of the incubator! Cute chick pics to follow later today! These babies are the first of our breeding flock of Ameraucana chickens and we couldn’t be prouder.
These babes are already claimed and will grow up for homes but we’re setting a bunch more if you need some of this cuteness in your life, too.

Come in for an appointment at The Wellness Collective, and leave feeling less pain, more energy….and chicken and eggs?! We are now a pickup location for Tuckaway Farmstead chicken and eggs. This local chicken is pasture raised on sustainably managed land in Colchester. And look at that array of egg colors!!
