Day 3 of the Family Gathering is a GO! Mother Nature has not been kind, but we pulled off a great weekend of live music. We have 2 sets from Mystic Dead starting at 2pm. Darren Gallant will be performing a solo set during set break. Unfortunately, Glaucoma Suspect will not be in the lineup today due to the weather delays. Grounds open at noon, come hang out and have a beer. Looking like a nice afternoon to wrap up a fun weekend. ⚡️

MAX CREEK

Sunday, August 9th

Creamery Station 1-2:30 PM

Max Creek 3:30-6PM

$30 Presale - $35 Day of The Show

Some bands you go see. Max Creek is a band you grow up with.

Formed in 1971 by a few students at Hartt School in Hartford — basement rehearsals, a trio with an accordion player, little clubs around town. A teenage guitarist got banned from one of those clubs for being underage, then came back a year later for good. The keyboardist joined on short notice when a founding member landed in the hospital before a holiday show run — a "temporary" gig that lasted 50+ years.

Somewhere along the way, without really trying to, they became one of the first jam bands on the East Coast. They've shared stages with Jefferson Airplane, the Allman Brothers, and members of the Grateful Dead. A young Mike Gordon used to send his dad to tape their shows before Phish even existed.

Five decades and thousands of shows later, they still step on stage with no setlist and let the night write itself.

Now they're bringing that same magic to the farm.

START MAKING SENSE

Saturday August 15th

Doors at 4pm | Music starting at 7pm

$35 Presale - $40 Day of The Show

If David Byrne is one of the geniuses of modern times, then Start Making Sense is a tribute to genius. The musicians in this 7-10 piece Talking Heads Tribute take pride in faithfully recreating the music of Talking Heads entire career. Together they bring much of the Heads unique live show to the stage, with front man Jon Braun as a spot-on David Byrne, giving you a "once in a lifetime" experience. Prepare yourself for a rockin', funkin', danceable celebration of the new-wave art punk you loved from the 80's!

Some of our favorite days are the simple ones — music drifting across the field, a movie under the stars, a cold pint in hand, friends pulling up chairs.

That's the kind of season we're building at the farm. Here's a look at what's coming up — we hope to see you out here for one (or all) of them.

🚗⚡ GREAT SCOTT! ⚡🚗

Where we're going... we don't need roads — just a blanket and some snacks! 🎬
Hop in the DeLorean and join us for a FREE outdoor movie night under the stars featuring the 1985 classic that started it all: Back to the Future! 🌟
📅 Friday, May 29th
🕗 8:30 PM sharp (1.21 gigawatts of fun!)
🎟️ FREE — no flux capacitor required
Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, snacks, and your favorite McFly. Whether you're Team Marty, Team Doc, or just here for the hoverboard dreams, this is one night you won't want to miss.
If my calculations are correct, when this movie hits the screen... you're gonna see some serious fun. ⚡
See you there, McFly! 🛹✨

FREE LIVE MUSIC WITH BARDS OF GUNGYWAMP AND MY DRUTHERS
There's something about live music outdoors on a spring afternoon — and on Saturday, May 30th, we've got a full day of it.
My Druthers takes the stage from 2–4pm, then Bards of Gungywamp picks it up from 5–7pm. Together they bring a rich mix of sea shanties, Celtic music, and bluegrass — the kind of songs with stories in them.
Food by Twin Beaks, cold pints from the brewery, and music on the house. Come hang

See a clip of Bards of Gungywamp below!!

When your flowers match the beer…
Sunday plans: doing absolutely nothing productive, but doing it outside with a cold drink. Dan Stevens is playing live 2–5, Pika food truck is slinging the good stuff, and the weather actually decided to show up for once. No excuses today. ☀️🎸
