Hola mi amigos! 👋 Hey there! Have y’all met Josh yet? 😀

Josh is our amazing HR Generalist, his core focus is on Recruitment, and he is our fast-talking translator! Josh’s first job was a beer distributor, what a coincidence, as he now works at a Brewery. 🍻

Josh is from Panama City, Panama. He is married and they have 6 children: ages ranging from 2 years to 22 years old. David is the youngest and he is super adorable! He’s just a darling! Josh’s family recently adopted a Great Dane named Kia. Yep, Josh has his hands full! Josh doesn’t drink coffee or energy drinks, I’m unsure how he has all of that positive energy!

👋 Hello everyone, meet Amanda Proshek, your HR Generalist! We have so many Amanda’s at work that we sometimes call her Blanche. 🤷‍♀️

We have 2 HR Generalists on the team, Amanda focuses a lot of her energy on the payroll end of things. She is from Cold Spring MN and has been with the company since September of 21, she was hired on as the HR Assistant, but in a few short months was promoted to Generalist. She is married, they have one little boy named Eddie, and they have a dog named Oscar. He’s a big boy! 👨‍👩‍👦🐶🐾

Amanda was previously a general manager in the food industry working very long shifts which included long and sometimes hairy commutes. 🚗⚡️🌦⛈🌩 Her son was the inspiration for the career change. She wanted to spend more time with him and family. I mean, have you seen her kid? He's so cute!! 🥰

📣📢 Welcome Tori Gentz, your HR Assistant!! 👏

Tori grew up in Colorado but has been with Cold Spring Brewing Co since April of 2022. Tori was directly hired onto our Quality Team working in the lab as a QC Technician. 👩‍🔬 In October Tori was happily hired on to the HR Team as the Team’s Assistant. Tori’s favorite part about working at CSBC is that she gets to meet so many new people, and no two days are the same, there’s always plenty of projects to keep her busy. Tori was also a recipient of our EE Referral Bonu$ Program as she was referred to CSBC by her now Husband Parker, he’s a cool Brew Dude. 🍺

Tori is the first of the HR Team to arrive every day. ☀️ This makes sense since Dawn is her favorite time of day, as it holds great possibilities and optimism for the day. Tori has 3 cats; they are named Geralt, Marceline, and Squija (Pronounced Squeegee). 🐱
