We are excited to have new facilities to better accommodate calving and feeding of our cattle. Not only do the facility upgrades add to our comfort while working in the elements, but the cattle have increased comfort year-round while maintaining optimal ventilation to keep their air fresh, leading to increased herd health. We are already seeing the increased level of comfort and efficiency, and are excited for that to enhance our already premium product delivered to the customer!

Many people ask how we got our name, Walnut level farms. It’s a valid question.  We actually had ancestors who operated their farm by this same name on a different piece of property. We had already purchased our current farm when we realized this piece of history. The fact that the highest elevation on our property is filled with walnut trees told us it was fate to bring the name back!
