No babies this year, going to try to focus on the pigs. Girls and boys got brushed today though. Here are some pictures of the ladies!

I wish I could tell you he was outside walking with us today.
He'd been doing so well. His medicine was working, he was walking, he was happy. Then today out of nowhere he was gone. Our hearts are heavy today as we say goodbye to one of our best buds on the farm.

Lance learned that a blanket made it bearable for Zues to go out to get a walk, trying to keep strong. So after this picture Lance sewed it and made him a jacket for the afternoon walks. Goats don't usually need coats, but sometimes sick ones do.
Zues is still getting better each day and he walked around the house twice today!

It's been a long hard winter. We've had some rough times. We lost one of our milking goats this winter and thought for sure this guy was a goner too. Wasn't getting any better. After weeks of nursing him back and some new medicine, he was able to walk around and graze today! While Zues might not be totally out of the woods, we're hoping he's on the mend and getting stronger!
