Joel AKA "5 Alarm'n Harman" is a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic who has had experience in catering BBQ for several events for family, friends and his fire department, but would now like to expand his services to you. With Joel being a fireman the name "5 Alarm'n Harman's BBQ" is based on fire service terminology indicating the amount of equipment and personnel needed for an Alarm (aka fire). When
the first fire department is called and/or dispatched by 911, that would be considered a 1st Alarm. If additional equipment and/or personnel are requested to the scene more alarms would be sent out requesting other stations to respond. A "5 Alarm" Fire would require multiple Fire Departments and Firemen to extinguish. Some would say it's a discription for a Large Out of Control Fire. Joel has always had the passion of cooking and especially barbeque dishes for large crowds to enjoy. That's why he has decided to take his passion for barbeque and sharing his tasty creations with you. With a traveling Pit Smoker trailer as his new tool, 5 Alarm'n Harman is able to make his BBQ services available to you. Since Joel's first job is at the fire department, dates can be limited already; if not already booked!
