o Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. o Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. o Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. o Keep hot foods hot. o Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Selling Uninspected Poultry and Rabbits to Restaurants Poultry and rabbit producers now are permitted to sell uninspected poultry and rabbits to restaurants as the result of recent legislation, RSA 143-A:14-15. This legislation allows each farm producer to sell up to 1,000 uninspected rabbits and/or 20,000 uninspected poultry annually to restaurants, from farmers and farmers markets.

I have two jars of dilly beans that did not seal- nothing wrong with them other then they are not shelf stable but will be good for many many weeks in the fridge. I typically ask $12 a jar but I’m discounting these to $8 a jar because I need the refrigerator space and I’m the only one that eats them here.
