My buddy did a little rooster roundup for me over the weekend & look how dark & healthy that grind is! 2 dozen 1/4 lb chicken burgers (ground rooster, eggs, panko breadcrumbs, herbal salt, liquid smoke & pepper), 3 -3/4 lb bags of grind, & a good bag of bones to roast & simmer for stock, all heading to the freezer for another day! 😁🐓🐓🐓🐓🍔

Weird combo, but currently our fave sweet treat! Cottage cheese ice cream for the win! A handful of dates, a couple tsp vanilla, a pinch of salt & a bit of milk in the blender till pureed, then fill with cottage cheese, blend till smooth & freeze. Ice cream for breakfast? Yes, please!🍧
