Mike just cranked out a batch of jalapeño popper pork sausage and it’s exactly what it sounds like—fresh pork loaded up with jalapeño heat, real deal cream cheese, and just the right hit of seasoning so it eats like a legit jalapeño popper but in sausage form. First bite you get that creamy, smoky, slightly spicy thing going on, then it just keeps getting better. We’ve been “quality testing” it all day and let’s just say… a lot of it didn’t make it to the case. This is one of those batches you grab before it’s gone.
