💥Sirloin is so underrated!💥 And, its in stock!

✔️Popular folklore claims that King James I (or Henry VIII, depending on the storyteller) loved a particular steak so much that he drew his sword and declared, "Arise, Sir Loin!" However, the real name comes from the Old French word "surloigne," which translates literally to "above the loin" (with sur meaning "above" or "over")—referring to the cut's actual anatomical location on the cow.

❓️It is actually two completely different cuts: What grocery stores label as "sirloin" is divided into the top sirloin and the bottom sirloin. Top sirloin is lean, tender, and great for quick grilling or pan-searing. Bottom sirloin is much tougher and is typically used for ground beef, roasts, or tri-tip.
