✨ Signature Moments Champion Spotlight: Kaitlin ✨
Some people have a natural way of making everyone around them feel welcomed, valued, and cared for — and Kaitlin is one of those people! 💙
Nominated by her management team, Kaitlin is a true Signature Moments Champion who creates smiles for our team & the campus community every single day. Whether it’s her positive attitude, a kind word, a helping hand, or simply the way she makes those around her feel, Kaitlin has a special ability to turn everyday interactions into moments that matter.
Signature Moments are the everyday ways we go beyond what’s expected to make our guests, students, and teammates feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Kaitlin brings that spirit to life every day — making people feel seen, appreciated, and, most importantly, putting a smile on their face. 😊
Kaitlin, thank you for being a bright spot on our team and for reminding us that sometimes the smallest moments can make the biggest impact. We’re so lucky to have you! 🌟
Side note: Our GM had to takeover our Instagram to post this since Kaitlin is far too humble!
