Our "Brewer’s Select" series is where we experiment with new brews. When one becomes a top seller, we give it a name, its own branding and a place in our production lineup.

Originally brewed for our first anniversary at Raccoon Taproom, Knight Watch is named for Collingswood’s historic Knight family and Knight Park.

Our Cooper Baltic Porter spent time aging in bourbon barrels before being bottled exclusively in 650 mL bottles. Expect layers of toasted malt, cocoa, caramel, vanilla, oak, and a warming bourbon finish.
