The Cool Cuc Garden Cocktail:
4 ounces cucumber juice, 2 ounces cucumber lime vodka, a few dashes of hot & worchestershire sauces, pickled veggies & a tablespoon of pickle juice brine, squeeze of fresh lemon, pinch of celery salt or celery seed or Mrs Dash seasonings.
Fill either a rocks glass or a Tom Collins glass with ice. Add the hot and worchestershire sauces, cucumber juice, vodka, pickle brine and lemon. Stir. Add in the seasonings. Garnish with the pickled veggies. Enjoy!
To make this even better, you can pickle the cherry tomatoes in vodka too, cut an “X” in both ends of tomatoes and add them to a clean jar or container. Top off with vodka. Refrigerate up to a week, but they’ll be ready in about a day. Use as garnish or as part of a boozy capresse salad mix.
